On Wednesday 28 August 2024, GourmetPAST partners from Slovenia, Italy and Romania met online via Zoom. The meeting focused on progressing key aspects of the project, including project management,  upcoming workshops and financial planning.

Key Outcomes of the Meeting:

1. Project Progress and Video Production:
   Igor gave an update on the current status of video production, the transfer of learning content and questionnaires to the new web platform and the reasonability of using automatic/manual translations of the content. The videos will soon be uploaded to a YouTube channel and embedded on the website to improve the visibility of the project and make the learning material easier to understand.
2. Project Management on Basecamp:
   The team discussed the use of Basecamp as the main tool for file and document management. All essential files and documents from Google Drive will be transferred to Basecamp, which will ensure easier access and coordination between team members.
3. Planning for the Upcoming Coworking Workshops:
   Upcoming workshops were in the spotlight, with discussions around logistical arrangements, recording plans, and scheduling to suit both teachers and students. Communication with the national agency is ongoing, and the team is prepared to adjust plans based on their feedback.
4. Funding and Financial Planning:
   The team discussed the application processes for the second and third tranches of project funding.

The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of collaboration and clarity on the next steps, as the team continues to push forward with the GourmetPAST project.
