On September 26th, the GourmetPAST team, featuring partners from Italy 🇮🇹, Romania 🇷🇴 and Slovenia 🇸🇮 held a productive online meeting, discussing upcoming workshops 👨🍳, events 🎤, and plans for preparation of a cookbook featuring traditional recipes and it’s coming soon in both online and physical formats! 📚✨
Key highlights:
🔸 The recipes cookbook collection will include traditional classics from Italy, Romania and Slovenia like Risotto with Mushrooms, Carbonara, Sarmale, Papanasi, Loška Smojka, Pohorski Pisker, Jabolčni Štrudl and more.
🔸 Our Slovenian partner emphasized the importance of carefully documenting these recipes to showcase their unique heritage at our co-working workshops! 🤝📑
🔸 We also discussed plans for a press conference to engage journalists and culinary experts, and reviewed strategies for our upcoming multiplier event, which will highlight these wonderful dishes to a broader audience. 🎤👨🍳 Looking forward to sharing more delicious updates as we continue preserving and celebrating Europe’s culinary traditions! 🍀✨
