GourmetPAST coworking workshops at MIC Academy of Culinary Arts and Tourism, VSGT Maribor 🇸🇮

Today, 15 October 2024, we have successfully completed the 1st and 2nd coworking workshops of the GourmetPAST project! 🎉

Our students were excited to discover the rich culinary heritage of Slovenian, Italian and Romanian cuisine. They prepared traditional recipes with a modern twist and cooked their creations deliciously. 👩‍🍳

📸 Pictures of the dishes are currently being prepared and will soon be published together with the recipes in the upcoming GourmetPAST cookbook. The book will showcase not only the rich heritage but also the innovative approaches of young chefs!
